What if my pool has an issue between visits?

Call or text. Basic and full clients get next-business-day response for non-emergency issues. Premium clients get same-day response and bundled repair time.

Do you service vinyl pools, gunite pools, or both?

Both. Most of our weekly clients have gunite pools, but we service vinyl liner pools as well. We adjust the visit procedure for liner-specific concerns (brushing approach, chemistry tolerance).

Will you service my pool if you did not build it?

Yes, most of our maintenance clients have pools built by other companies. As long as the equipment is functional, we can take over weekly service.

What is your service frequency?

Standard is once per week, May through September. Some heavy-use pools or pools with specific chemistry challenges benefit from twice-weekly visits during peak summer. We will recommend based on your pool actual needs.

Do you handle salt water pools differently?

Salt pools need cell inspection, salt level monitoring, and slightly different chemistry tolerances. We have serviced salt systems since they became common — the maintenance differences are well-handled.

Can I cancel weekly service anytime?

Yes. No long-term contracts. Most of our weekly clients stay year after year because the service is good, not because they are locked in.

Does weekly service include opening and closing?

Premium tier includes both. Basic and full tiers do not — opening and closing are scheduled and quoted separately. Many clients bundle them as add-ons.
