Can you repair equipment I bought elsewhere?

Yes. We service every major pool equipment brand regardless of where it was purchased — Pentair, Hayward, Jandy, Raypak, AquaCal, and others.

Will you repair a pool you did not build?

Yes, most of our repair clients have pools built by other companies. We approach each pool by figuring out how it was built, where the access points are, and what the most efficient repair path looks like.

How quickly can you respond to a major equipment failure?

Weekly service clients get same-day or next-business-day response. For non-clients, we generally schedule within 2-5 business days for non-emergencies, faster for genuine emergencies.

Do you offer warranties on repair work?

Yes — parts carry manufacturer warranties (typically 1-3 years), and labor on our installs carries a 1-year workmanship warranty. Structural and major plumbing work carries longer warranty terms.

Can you upgrade equipment during a repair?

Often the smart move. If your single-speed pump fails and we are already replacing it, upgrading to a variable-speed pump usually pays for itself in electric savings within 2-3 years. Same logic for older heaters and salt systems. We will show you the math during diagnosis.
