Pool Repair · Suffolk + Nassau

Fix it once. Fix it right.

Equipment, plumbing, structural, and finish repair on gunite and vinyl pools across Long Island — by the same team that builds them.

A failed heater. A pump that won’t prime. A skimmer that cracked over the winter. A vinyl liner that tore at a return. Pool repair is the daily reality of pool ownership — and the difference between a good pool company and a bad one is whether they fix the underlying problem or just patch the symptom.

How we approach repair

  1. Diagnose the actual problem. Symptoms are not the problem. A pump that won’t prime might be the pump, the skimmer, the plumbing, or the air line — and we test before we replace.
  2. Quote the real repair. Line-item proposal showing what we’re replacing or repairing and why. You see the cost before we order parts.
  3. Use the right parts. OEM where it matters, quality aftermarket where it’s reasonable. Never cheap parts that fail in two years.
  4. Stand behind the work. Installation warranty on every repair. Equipment warranty per manufacturer.

Frequently asked

Do you do emergency repair?

For active maintenance customers, yes — same-day or next-day for genuine emergencies (heater failure mid-party, leak that’s dropping the water line fast, equipment fire). For non-customers, we triage based on capacity.

Will you repair pools you didn’t build?

Yes. Most of our repair work is on pools built by other companies.

How long until I have to replace my pool equipment?

Pumps and motors: 8–15 years. Gas heaters: 8–12 years. Salt cells: 3–7 years (heavy wear item). Filters: 10–20 years (housing) with media replaced more frequently. Variable-speed pumps and modern automation typically outlast older fixed-speed equipment.

Should I repair or replace my heater?

Generally: repair if under 8 years old and the failed component is under 50% of replacement cost. Replace if older than 10 years or if multiple components have failed. We give you the honest math at diagnosis.
