Drain. Pool drained to working depth.
Old liner removal. Existing liner pulled, inspected for failure pattern (helps diagnose any underlying issues).
Wall and base inspection. Wall panels checked for corrosion or damage. Base inspected for soft spots, mineral deposits, or failures that would telegraph through the new liner.
Base prep. Vermiculite or hard-bottom base troweled smooth as needed.
New liner install. Liner placed, vacuum-pulled, cut and locked at every return, light, skimmer, and main drain.
